Privacy policy
This notice explains which personal data we process when you visit this website or write to us by e-mail. Users of Naplata are covered by that service's own terms and privacy policy.

No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or visitor tracking. It loads nothing from third-party servers: fonts, images and styles are served from our own host. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent.
Visiting the website
When you open a page, the hosting provider's server automatically logs technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the server response, the referring page and browser details.
- Purpose: delivering the website, finding faults and preventing abuse.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating the website securely.
- Retention: logs are deleted automatically after the period set by the hosting provider, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
We do not use this data to build profiles and do not combine it with other data.
When you write to us
If you send us an e-mail, we process your e-mail address, your name and the contents of your message.
- Purpose: answering your enquiry, preparing a proposal, customer support.
- Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in replying to you (point (f)).
- Retention: up to 12 months after the last message. If you become a customer, we keep correspondence for the duration of our work together and as long as the law requires for business records (for example 11 years for accounting documents under the Croatian Accounting Act).
E-mail for the nlv.hr domain runs on our own server.
Recipients and transfers
The website is hosted by SETCOR d.o.o. (MyDataKnox), Čabdin 73, 10450 Jastrebarsko, Croatia, OIB 69149293370, which processes data on our behalf as a processor. We do not sell data, share it for advertising or transfer it outside the European Economic Area. We disclose data to public authorities only where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). Send your request to privacy@nlv.hr. We will reply within one month at the latest. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.
Complaints
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr, or with the supervisory authority where you live. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.
Changes
If we change how we process data, we will publish a new version here with a new effective date.
